An Important Truth for Self Development Courses!
An important truth about the “Beyond Freedom Evolution” program and many success education courses is that physical manifestation in your life follows the thought or belief.
The truth is that things don’t simply appear out of nothingness. There is a basis for what you create and experience in your life. This basis has its origin in what you think and how you believe.
We create many beliefs to be true that have not basis in reality. We create people to like or hate us, we create hard times for ourselves, and we create phantom threats and unnecessary problems. At the slightest possibility of failure we create misery and stress and actually start acting as if we are going to fail, which brings about the failure. This has been proven regarding the brain and the body, and in manifesting one’s life.
Beware:
Blindly following beliefs can limit your future results. It might be that many of the things you believe to be true are in fact opinions you share or have learned from others.
As you become more aware of your thoughts and decisions, you can channel those thoughts in the direction of your choosing. This creates thoughts and behaviour more in alignment with your Compass Heading and North Star, which in turn improves the results we get.
For you, the good news is that this is a cycle that can finally be understood. As you become more aware of your thoughts and more skilled at filtering and modifying your thoughts and beliefs and changing those to serve your overall desire for fulfillment, the form of your life will change. You will begin to see new results that are in line with what you wish.
Positive changes will occur as a matter of course.
I have certainly found that in my life that there have been times where phantom threats have caused unnecessary problems. One such incident was when I used to catch the bus to work. The trip was just under an hour so it gave me plenty of time to relax and think before getting to work. I caught the same bus most days and the regulars on the bus had become familiar, who got on where and who got off here and there. This one morning the bus was running a couple of minutes early, I hear you saying that never happens, which might sound great but it meant this one guy, who was always running late, missed the bus at his normal stop. Since he always ran late it seemed like common practice for his wife to drop him to the bus stop, so this morning they just drove ahead to get in front of the bus. When he finally got on, just at the next stop, he verbally abused the bus driver, to the point of the ridiculous. I am not normally one for confrontation but this morning I felt that someone needed to stick up for the bus driver which I did and made a couple of remarks to the passenger about trying to be a little more organised each morning and this would not occur. He did not like my interference one little bit. When I got off the bus the driver thanked me for sticking up for him but every day after that I always dreaded getting on the that bus in case that guy was there again. In looking back it was an unnecessary problem that I had brought into my life. I did the right thing but it caused some unwanted fear in me. I am sure that guy did not hold onto it like I did and I should have just let it go. I had stepped outside my comfort zone and did not like it, even though it was the right thing to do.
I encourage you to let go of these phantom threats and know that your belief in yourself will always stand true and head you in the right direction.
